MHC helps you protect your assets. We therefore offer an in-house Building Insurance Scheme for houses financed by MHC.
You will be required to insure your house during the whole period of the loan at MHC. The policy that you will subscribe to shall cover your assets against fire, cyclone and allied perils or any other such risks that MHC considers necessary.
